Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Lead high-stakes innovation sprints with C-suite executives from partner organizations
- Secure federal and private funding through compelling future-state proposals
- Chair the Global Futures Council, shaping industry standards for emerging technologies
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at Davos, TED, and SXSW
- Mentor PhD fellows in our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Oversee patent portfolios protecting 50+ proprietary innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Futuristics, Systems Theory, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 10+ years in C-suite or director-level innovation roles with $1B+ impact
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Published author in top-tier journals (e.g., Future Studies Review)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance eligibility for federal collaboration projects
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting industry disruptions
