- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology initiatives with 3-5 year impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and market analysis capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
