Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems and quantum computing applications
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies with ESG and regulatory frameworks
- Author white papers on emerging tech disruptions for industry thought leadership
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 3-5 concurrent strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and technology horizon scanning
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and other global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy with proven impact on 3+ product launches valued at $50M+
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms, generative AI, and blockchain architectures
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or Futures Studies (FS)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German (for global collaboration)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 tech predictions with 90%+ accuracy
- Experience with patent portfolios and intellectual property strategy
