Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of autonomous AI agents and neural network frameworks designed for 2026 scalability.
- Define the technical vision and long-term roadmap for the Future Tech division, aligning with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team of data scientists and software developers.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product features.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance across all deployed infrastructure.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, advanced NLP) into our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Proven expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Model (LLM) integration.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and high-availability infrastructure.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
