Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026-focused technology roadmaps aligning with emerging market trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing applications and AI neural networks
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech into existing enterprise ecosystems
- Mentor innovation teams in agile development of prototype solutions
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present disruptive innovations to investors and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling solutions from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering preferred
- Strong background in patent development and IP strategy
- Experience with federal grant applications for tech advancement
