Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance infrastructure for Year 2026 readiness.
- Lead the architectural design of generative AI models and agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies, ensuring the team stays ahead of industry trends.
- Optimize system performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and vector databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
