Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing pilot programs for next-generation solutions
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for initiatives
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate innovation cycles and prototyping
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Certifications in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) or emerging technologies
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills with executive presence
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M for technology initiatives
