Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement in site architecture, crawlability, and indexing.
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, meta optimization, and link building campaigns.
- Analyze web performance metrics (organic traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate) using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content calendars and editorial processes.
- Stay updated on the latest search engine algorithms and industry trends to keep our strategies competitive.
- Manage and mentor junior SEO team members, providing guidance on technical and strategic execution.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio demonstrating measurable results.
- Deep understanding of Google’s Search Essentials and algorithm updates.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for on-page optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
