Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating emerging LLM technologies into core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Optimize neural network architectures for latency and throughput.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding best practices within the team.
- Conduct deep-dive technical research to evaluate new hardware and software paradigms.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience leading large-scale technical projects or R&D initiatives.
