- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap incorporating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for 3-5 year horizon risk/opportunity analysis
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward business models and revenue streams
- Present strategic insights to executive board and key stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and disruptor landscapes
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress quarterly
- Champion agile methodologies for long-term strategy execution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused initiatives
