Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global trends in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop strategic frameworks to position the company for 2026 market leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present future outlooks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 12+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
