Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Design and validate proof-of-concepts for quantum computing and AI integration
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-driven impact analyses
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions
- Mentor junior strategists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation management within tech sector
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong financial modeling and P&L management capabilities
- Certification in Design Thinking or Lean Innovation preferred
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or conferences
