Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of next-gen AI architectures capable of processing 10x current data volumes with zero latency.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging paradigms such as neuromorphic computing and quantum-assisted machine learning.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI ethics and bias mitigation to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate high-level strategy into executable technical roadmaps.
- Vendor & Tech Stack Evaluation: Assess and integrate cutting-edge tools and third-party AI ecosystems to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Futuristic Outlook: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and apply them to business problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
