Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Lead the development of our 2026+ workforce strategy, identifying emerging trends in AI, automation, and remote work.
- Organizational Design: Design and implement agile organizational structures that enhance collaboration, speed, and innovation across global teams.
- AI Integration: Partner with CTOs and CIOs to integrate AI tools into daily workflows, ensuring ethical implementation and maximum productivity.
- Culture & Engagement: Cultivate a high-performance culture that balances remote flexibility with deep human connection and belonging.
- Change Management: Spearhead large-scale change initiatives, guiding leadership and employees through digital transformation with minimal friction.
- Talent Roadmapping: Analyze future skill gaps and develop comprehensive upskilling and reskilling programs to future-proof our talent pool.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in HR Strategy, Organizational Development, or Technology Consulting with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Web3, and the metaverse, and their implications for the future workplace.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to C-suite executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Agility: Demonstrated success in navigating ambiguity and leading change in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
