Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype advanced AI/ML systems for autonomous decision-making frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum computing applications
- Design immersive AR/VR experiences for enterprise and consumer markets
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across business units
- Secure patents for proprietary innovations and protect intellectual property
- Mentor junior engineers in future-focused development methodologies
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in advanced R&D with proven tech innovation track record
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or distributed systems
- Strong background in patent development and IP strategy
- Demonstrated success leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architecture
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
