Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions designed for the 2026 technology stack.
- Lead research and development initiatives in Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Establish and enforce AI ethics, safety, and transparency protocols for all internal models.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Optimize large-scale neural networks for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies into our core architecture.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, model training pipelines, and distributed computing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
