Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message-taking
- Perform accurate data entry for client records, appointments, and correspondence
- Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and manage lobby area
- Coordinate office calendars, meeting rooms, and travel arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain digital filing systems and document management protocols
- Assist with onboarding tasks including new hire documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proven data entry proficiency with 45+ WPM and 99% accuracy
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and customer service skills
