Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls with exceptional customer service standards.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Manage the company calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating internal meetings.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional receptionist experience in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
