Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the front desk, including handling mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our internal databases.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and prepare necessary materials.
- Assist with general office administration, including filing and inventory management.
- Act as a liaison between departments and external vendors when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory.
