Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, manage the reception area, and answer and direct incoming phone calls with a professional and friendly tone.
- Data Entry: Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed, maintaining our client databases and records.
- Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with email correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Organize, file, and retrieve physical and digital documents to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar data entry role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 40 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism: Must possess a professional appearance and attitude.
