Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms and equipment.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute packages, and manage office inventory and supply orders.
- Data Entry & Records: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, including client databases and employee files.
- Customer Service: Address visitor questions and provide general information about the company to ensure a seamless experience.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, lunch-and-learns, and staff gatherings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent the company positively at all times.
