Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Greet, screen, and assist all visitors with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital filing systems
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Support administrative projects including document preparation and report generation
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and facilities teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
