Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Manage front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phones.
- Organize and digitize physical and electronic files for easy retrieval.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with basic inventory management and office supply ordering.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, professional, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry and receptionist roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
