Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist with data entry, record management, and filing systems to maintain organized office operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met and information is disseminated effectively.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure a fully functional workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times.
