Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule complex calendars, including appointments, meetings, and domestic travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism, discretion, and courtesy.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy information retrieval.
- Coordinate logistics for team events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and general office administration to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience in a corporate setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
- Excellent time management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
