Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, documentation, and data entry with absolute accuracy.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
- Support the executive team with special projects and ad-hoc administrative needs as required.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or certification in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience in a corporate setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
