Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via email and phone.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee general facility upkeep.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for company events and team-building activities.
- Data Entry: Accurately update and maintain digital and physical records.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
