Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, ensuring they are checked in promptly and directed to the appropriate personnel.
- Phone Systems: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with a friendly voice, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage faxes, and maintain the organization's filing systems.
- Scheduling: Assist with calendar management, meeting room bookings, and coordinating travel arrangements as needed.
- Office Supplies: Monitor office inventory, order supplies, and perform light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy workspace.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk coordinator, or in an administrative support role (1-2 years preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
- Software Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact professionally with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
