Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage the multi-line phone system professionally, screening calls and taking accurate messages.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with care.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with general office duties, including restocking supplies and maintaining a clean reception area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office setting.
