Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression of our brand.
- Phone Support: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner; take detailed messages when necessary.
- Mail & Communication: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; manage email correspondence with precision and confidentiality.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, arrange conference rooms, and ensure all audiovisual equipment is functioning correctly.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records and databases.
- Office Supplies: Monitor office supply inventory and place orders to ensure the workspace is fully stocked.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional front desk or administrative experience preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Organization: Strong multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
