Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Manage the front desk, including mail sorting, package handling, and managing the lobby area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings using digital calendars.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, data entry, and filing to support office operations.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (optional but preferred).
