Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, visitors, and employees entering the office.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls with a friendly and helpful tone.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, including mail distribution, package receiving, and general office upkeep.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meeting rooms, manage calendars, and assist with appointment scheduling.

Qualifications
