Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm smile, directing them to the correct department or person.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen inquiries, and take accurate messages.
- Mail & Communications: Sort and distribute incoming mail, manage package deliveries, and handle outgoing correspondence.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain the office calendar.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical duties as needed to support office efficiency.
- Customer Service: Address visitor inquiries and resolve basic issues with a professional and helpful attitude.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
