Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phones with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar using Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing meeting rooms.
- Act as the point of contact for vendors and service providers visiting the office.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or Office Assistant (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
