Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors, checking in guests, and managing the lobby area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with a professional and courteous tone; manage a high volume of inquiries.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently to relevant departments.
- Handle incoming inquiries via email and in-person, providing accurate information and escalating complex issues to management.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supply inventory.
- Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and internal appointments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, scanners).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Fluency in a second language is a significant advantage.
