Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire coordination
- Support departmental projects with data entry and research tasks
- Coordinate office logistics and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience
