Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate executive calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange complex travel logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, manage office supplies inventory, and maintain reception area presentation
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork, interview scheduling, and benefits administration
- Collaborate with department heads on special projects, event planning, and administrative initiatives
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary CRM software for data management and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience in corporate environments

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling software (e.g., Calendly)
