Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with precision
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison between executives, board members, and external stakeholders
- Oversee special projects including event planning, budget tracking, and process optimization
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with corporate governance protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and serve as central point of communication for leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years executive support experience with C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Project management certification or equivalent experience preferred
