Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule executive meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely correspondence.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute high-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and memos with exceptional attention to detail.
- Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply management, vendor relations, and facilities coordination.
- Project Support: Assist with project coordination, track deadlines, and provide administrative support for various business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an executive administrative or office support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
