Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel itineraries.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items.
- Screen incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; respond on behalf of the executive.
- Coordinate departmental projects and manage administrative workflows.
- Assist with expense reporting and financial documentation.
- Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Experience with project management software is a plus.
