Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel itineraries (domestic and international).
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing phone calls.
- Organize and maintain accurate filing systems and databases.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
