Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule executive meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring the highest standards of formatting and accuracy.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors to ensure timely communication and prioritize inquiries effectively.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure seamless information retrieval.
- Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines, preparing meeting materials, and compiling data.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the company with professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic knowledge of CRM software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
