Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone system, and directing inquiries
- Perform accurate data entry of client information, appointment schedules, and correspondence into CRM systems
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate office calendars, meeting room reservations, and travel arrangements for staff
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure document security protocols are followed
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, and report generation
- Collaborate with team members to support departmental projects and deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn software quickly
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy in data entry
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
