- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls efficiently while taking detailed messages.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain organized filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
- Provide general office support including scanning, copying, and preparing documents.
- Ensure the reception area is always neat, organized, and presentable.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work a full-time schedule (Monday - Friday).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
