- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen them, and take accurate messages or transfer calls to the correct extensions.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain customer information, schedules, and records into our internal database systems.
- Mail Handling: Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Scheduling Support: Assist in coordinating appointments and managing calendars for team members or executives.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
