Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate person.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the correct department or individual using a multi-line phone system.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for management and staff members.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus but not required for this entry-level position.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
