Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception, welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Answer incoming phone calls, screen them, and take accurate messages.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, including electronic correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining digital and physical filing systems.
- Update and maintain customer records in our database systems.
- Support the office team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or data entry role is a plus but not required (Entry Level).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fast typing speed with high accuracy (30+ WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
