Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients warmly, managing the front desk operations.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a strict focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls while taking detailed messages.
- Manage, organize, and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and couriers.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the executive calendar.
- Prepare meeting rooms and refreshments for visitors and internal meetings.
- Process invoices and expense reports as required.
Qualifications
