About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while managing the front desk operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Update and maintain office inventory and supply levels.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and callers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous receptionist experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
