Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route incoming calls
- Greeter all visitors with warm hospitality and direct them appropriately
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and mail processing
- Coordinate meeting schedules and maintain conference room calendars
- Support office operations by ordering supplies and maintaining reception area
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense report processing

Qualifications
